Every parent of a special needs child wonders, "What will happen to my child when I am gone," and "How will he/she be provided for financially in my absence? "

Participants will learn:

People with a special needs child (of any age) need legal information from an attorney to get their questions answered and gain peace of mind.

I attended this workshop and am so grateful I did. I left feeling empowered to protect my son from situations that I never wanted to contemplate. I've spread the word among my friends and colleagues since then, because I was so struck with the incredible importance of the information and the clear, direct action points shared. These workshops are a true gift for the community!

About Morgan Law Group

Darlynn Morgan, Founding Attorney

Darlynn Morgan founded Morgan Law Group in July, 2005 because she saw a need; and she saw that her life experiences and talents could be used to make a difference in the lives of her clients.

Darlynn graduated near the top of her law school class from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California in 1996. While at Loyola Law School, Darlynn was a member of the prestigious Loyola Law Review and was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award for Community Property and Family Law. After graduation, Darlynn served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable John E. Ryan, a federal judge in the 9th Circuit. She subsequently practiced at a premier business litigation firm in Orange County.

In 2001 Darlynn became a founding member of the Board of Directors of Mission Valley Bank. She is also a member of Wealth Counsel, LLC, a national organization of trusts and estates attorneys who maintain the highest level of knowledge and expertise through collaboration and continuing their education on estate planning topics. She is also very active in the Orange County Bar Association.

Darlynn is frequently quoted and published in various publications including Forbes.com and the OC Register. Beginning in 2007 and each subsequent year, including in 2013, Southern California Lawyer named Darlynn a Super Lawyer, which is awarded to the top 5% of lawyers in southern California. She was also named a Top Estate Planning Lawyer by OC Metro in 2010.

She lives with her devilishly handsome husband and exceptionally fine children behind a heavily guarded, yet perfectly landscaped, gate in the heart of Orange County.
