Darlynn Morgan, Founding Attorney

Darlynn Morgan founded Morgan Law Group in July, 2005 because she saw a need; and she saw that her life experiences and talents could be used to make a difference in the lives of her clients.

Darlynn graduated near the top of her law school class from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California in 1996. While at Loyola Law School, Darlynn was a member of the prestigious Loyola Law Review and was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award for Community Property and Family Law. After graduation, Darlynn served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable John E. Ryan, a federal judge in the 9th Circuit. She subsequently practiced at a premier business litigation firm in Orange County.

In 2001 Darlynn became a founding member of the Board of Directors of Mission Valley Bank. She is also a member of Wealth Counsel, LLC, a national organization of trusts and estates attorneys who maintain the highest level of knowledge and expertise through collaboration and continuing their education on estate planning topics. She is also very active in the Orange County Bar Association.

Darlynn is frequently quoted and published in various publications including Forbes.com and the OC Register. Beginning in 2007 and each subsequent year, including in 2013, Southern California Lawyer named Darlynn a Super Lawyer, which is awarded to the top 5% of lawyers in southern California. She was also named a Top Estate Planning Lawyer by OC Metro in 2010.

She lives with her devilishly handsome husband and exceptionally fine children behind a heavily guarded, yet perfectly landscaped, gate in the heart of Orange County.

Robin Boren-Coleman Sexton : Attorney

Robin Boren-Coleman Sexton, Attorney

Robin Boren-Coleman Sexton graduated from the prestigious American University in Washington D.C. in International Studies. She then attended law school at Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego where she made the Dean’s List and served on the Dean’s Commission. Robin began her career at a boutique estate planning firm in San Diego, CA. She was then selected to serve as a Judicial Staff Attorney for the Riverside Superior Court. In addition she was also chosen to serve as judge pro tem at 29 years old. Later, she relocated to Orange County where she commenced her own practice of estate planning and civil litigation. After 20 years of practice, Robin’s intelligent and heart-felt guidance for her clients is reflected in each and every estate plan prepared. Robin highly regards civil service and goes beyond her duty to give back to her profession, family and community. She truly enjoys helping others. Robin is happily married and raising three amazing daughters, Colette, Camille and Chloe.

Lisa Williams : Attorney

Lisa Williams, Attorney

Lisa Williams is passionate about helping individuals and families achieve greater family harmony through careful advanced planning. She is also adept at navigating the post-death trust administration and probate process. She volunteers with the Financial Planning Association of Orange County. She works with women in crisis. She has raised six children, homeschooling 4 of them through high school. She loves to knit, sing in the choir, and make speeches in Toastmasters.

Gary Vyneman : Attorney

Gary Vyneman, Attorney

After graduating at the top of his class from Whittier College School of Law, Gary went on to get an LL.M. in Taxation from the prestigious New York University. From there, Gary practiced tax law at Buchalter, Nemer, Fields & Younger and later became a partner in the Newport Beach law firm of Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth. Practicing law for over 20 years, Gary has a wealth of experience in guiding business owners, executives and professionals with their legal and financial planning.

Veronica Lohr : Senior Paralegal

Veronica Lohr, Senior Paralegal

Veronica loves helping our clients. She is a highly knowledgeable and experienced paralegal and has served Morgan Law Group clients for over six years. Among other things, Veronica is responsible for answering any questions that our clients may have during the estate planning process and beyond. She also works closely with our clients after the loss of a loved one during a probate or a trust settlement. Veronica is also the one who oversees the funding phase to ensure clients assets are properly transferred into their trust.

Karen Rudolph : Paralegal

Karen Rudolph, Paralegal

Karen has been an estate planning paralegal for over 8 years and joined Morgan Law Group in 2015 as our Plan Coordinator. She works closely with firm attorneys and clients on the implementation of estate plans and stewards our clients carefully through the process. Karen is patient and thorough; she is also great at presenting estate planning concepts to clients.

Karen holds a B.A. in Criminal Justice from California State University of Fullerton where she was also a member of the Alpha Phi Sigma Honor Society.  She is married to Ben and lives in Huntington Beach.

Kimberly Morgan : Public Relations Coordinator

Kimberly Morgan, Public Relations Coordinator

Kimberly handles all of our private events and community workshops and speaking engagements. She enthusiastically promotes Morgan Law Group in the community with her creativity.
