Darlynn Morgan, Attorney
Darlynn graduated near the top of her law school class from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California in 1996. While at Loyola Law School, Darlynn was a member of the prestigious Loyola Law Review and was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award for Community Property and Family Law. After graduation, Darlynn served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable John E. Ryan, a federal judge in the 9th Circuit from 1996 - 1997. She subsequently practiced at a premier business litigation firm in Orange County. In 2001 Darlynn became a founding member of the Board of Directors of Mission Valley Bank, a community business bank in Los Angeles. She is also a member of Wealth Counsel, LLC, a national organization of trusts and estates attorneys and other legal, tax and business professionals who maintain the highest level of knowledge and expertise through collaboration and continuing their education on advanced planning topics.
Darlynn is frequently quoted and published in various publications including the Daily Journal and the OC Register. In 2007, 2008 and 2012, Southern California Lawyer named Darlynn a Super Lawyer, which is awarded to the top 5% of lawyers in southern California. Most importantly, Darlynn is delighted to be married to Gary and the mother to her young son. |

Brooke Miller, Attorney
With ten years of experience in Estate Planning, Brooke Miller has a zeal for protecting families through the peace and purpose that a good Estate Plan offers. Brooke graduated cum laude from Trinity Law School in 2001. While at Trinity, Brooke was a member of the Trinity Law Review and served as Vice President of the Student Bar Association. Brooke was further honored with the West’s Publisher’s Award and the Law Student of the Year Award. After graduation, Brooke served as a law clerk and office manager for a prestigious Estate Planning firm in Orange County, California. She subsequently opened her own practice with an emphasis in Estate Planning and Adoption. She has also returned to her Alma Mater to serve as a Professor of Legal Writing. Brooke has sat on the Board of Directors for several ministries close to her heart, and currently serves with Finally Home Foundation, which provides post-adoption support to families |

Veronica: Client Services CoordinatorVeronica loves helping our clients. She is an experienced paralegal and knows a lot about Trusts and Estates. Among other things, she is responsible for answering any questions that our client's may have during the estate planning process. She also works closely with Darlynn to ensure that our clients are thrilled with their final estate plan.

Darlynn Morgan founded Morgan Law Group in July, 2005 because she saw a need; and she saw that her life experiences and talents could be used to make a difference in the lives of her clients. 

Trisha makes sure that all of your documents accurately reflect the plan you’ve designed with our firm. She assists with the review and organization of asset information and makes sure that everything is in order when you come in on the date of your signing.
If you are incorporating a new business, or maintaining the records of an ongoing business you will probably have the pleasure of dealing with Barbara. She brings many years of experience in handling corporate matters and we are thrilled to have her expertise.
Becky handles Morgan Law Group’s communications with clients, friends of the firm, and the community, educating them about our unique approach to estate planning. A mother of two small children, Becky is dedicated to helping families protect what they love.
Kimberly handles all of our private events and community workshops and speaking engagements. She enthusiastically promotes Morgan Law Group in the community with her creativity.
